POSITION # 1

Recruitment Professionals are welcome to join GABS Talent Source as business partners with following benefits:

At GABS Talent Source, just work the way you are working currently, and your income goes upto three times of what you are earning currently.

Our business partners needs to work tension free with single responsibility of only revenue generation. Rest every other operational issues, arrangements etc is GABS responsibility with all support possible in achieving the targets.
In a normal business setup business partners have share on profit (Total billing – Running cost = profit). But at GABS our business partners have upto 60% share of the billing, running cost is taken care by GABS.

Note: This association offer is open only for a limited period, the one who joins now can avail these benefits till the time they remain associated with GABS. The one who decides to join later, the revenue sharing percentage would be less than the current one.

Business Development: The one who acquires the client for GABS will keep getting 10% payout on every billing till the time he/she remains associated with us.

Account Management: Account Manager will get 10% payout on every billing.

Delivery Partners : Consultant will get 30% payout on his closure billing.

Business Partners: The one who takes all three roles(BD, AM and Delivery) is a Business Partner with 50% payout on billing upto 25 Lacs, 55% payout on billing from 25 lacs+ to 50 lacs and 60% payout on billing above 50 Lacs. They can also recruit a team for them to handle the delivery of their business volume. They can also share the positions with other delivery partners at the given payout percentage above.

POSITION # 2

Position: Freshers’ Counseling Managers for GABS Training

Locations – Ghaziabad, Noida, Delhi, Modinagar, Muradnagar, Dadri, Hapur, Meerut  etc(all locations around Delhi NCR)

Experience – 5 years+

Job Description
Has to perform various functions, seminars at various locations and colleges to reach out fresh graduates looking for job; and screen them for their fitment to join GABS Training modules in 8*6 working environment with 100% job placement.
Various tasks, duties, and responsibilities that typically form their work activities:

  1. Organize counseling programs that inculcates the fresher(s) in question.
  2. Prepare them to join GABS Training for a successful career in life.
  3. Educate them about the GABS Training modules and ensure that the expectations match at both ends; Freshers and GABS Training.
  4. Listen to freshers’ problems at all times, and suggest solutions where necessary.
  5. Make sure that freshers’ parents or guardians are actively involved in the development and administration of intervention procedures when the need arises.
  6. Serve as a guide for students when applying for admission in GABS Training and other formalities.
  7. Attend staff meetings so as to be kept in the know on issues that have to do with freshers’ performanc and developments.

POSITION # 3

Position: Placement Managers for GABS Talent Source (Freshers Hiring, Training & Retention section)

Location – Delhi NCR

Experience – 2 to 5 years

Job Description

  1. Responsible for handling Placements of all trained candidates at GABS Training
  2. Following a well-defined process for short listing and scrutinizing the resumes, identifying prospective candidates with required skills.
  3. Finding out new recruiters, performing demand analysis and then organizing pre-placements or placements as per requirement.
  4. Guiding and motivating students, ensuring the process of controlling performance and maintaining healthy outlook of students for placements.
  5. Organizing competency mapping tests for students.
  6. Meeting with students to identify their needs and document requirements, communicating with them throughout their process to manage student’s expectations, resolve issues, and provide process status.
  7. Regular follow-ups with the client to confirm the staffing plans and ensure whether the candidates needs are met.
  8. Mentoring, motivating and guiding team members for achieving the 100% placements.
  9. Participation in Management Review Meeting (MRM) to determine and implement any necessary corrective actions.
  10. Effectively managing relationship with alumni.
  11. Maintaining monthly placement report.
  12. Setting placement target and motivate team to achieve the same.
  13. Organize Campus Drive on monthly basis for all the centers.
