Methodology of Imparting Training

The Job Oriented Training Module (JOTM) includes:

Process Training Given on the operations or business of the company in which you would be placed after completing your JOTM.

On-Job Training – Given through live projects and assignments to train you for your future work life.

Job Placement

After completing JOTM, we need not give candidates placement, they deserve placement.

Job placement will be with a company with official work like back office, MIS, marketing, HR recruitments, BPO, KPO, sales etc. with salary range between 8,000 to 15,000 or more depending upon candidate to candidate.

Once the candidate is provided offer/placement, GABS Training will not hold any further training/placement liability for candidates who:

  • does not join the company after the offer
  • is asked to leave by the company based on performance, conduct or any other issue.
  • resigns the company as own choice

In fact GABS Training might help/support in getting another job at its own discretion without holding any placement liability for such candidates.

Total Training Fees is Rs. 40,000
50% scholarship to candidates with family annual income less than 3 lacs
75% scholarship to candidates with family annual income less than 1.5 lacs
100% scholarship (ZERO FEE SCHEME) for under-privileged candidates with refundable security deposit of Rs 10,000

Candidates taking admission under scholarship/zero fee scheme needs to arrange their own laptops or we can arrange the same on rent for Rs 5000 for entire training period. Laptop will be provided to candidates joining under full training fees program.

All outside candidates needs to arrange their own accommodation and food. On prior request in advance GABS Training can arrange unfurnished sharing accommodation, food (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) and Wi-Fi for Rs 5000 per month

Earning Opportunity during the training

Candidates will get opportunity to learn and earn along with during the training itself, while working on the live projects, depending on the live project available at that time. Candidates can earn upto Rs. 40,000 during the training based on the their work and task completion performance. It will also depend upon the scheme that you have taken admission in.

Fees Refund policy

1. Total fee amount will be refunded, if job is not provided to the candidate after the completing the training. Fee refund will be provided only if:

  • candidate had minimum 95% attendance during the training as per the attendance policy, otherwise refund is not applicable.
  • out of the various official tasks given during the on-job training, the candidate must have completed at least one task successfully or accumulatively must have completed multiple tasks partially but equivalent to one successful task; otherwise refund is not applicable.

2. If the candidate leaves training in between, fee refund will only be at pro-rata basis. For example, if candidate leaves in the first month then one month fees will be deducted; if candidate leaves in second month then two month fees will be deducted and the rest amount will be refunded. If the candidate leaves in the third month then there will be no refund applicable.

3. Candidates found guilty of not following the code of conduct or any integrity issue during the training will be asked to leave and the refund will only be at pro-rata basis as in point 2 above. If in any case such candidate is allowed (on certain written grounds) to continue on candidate’s request, such candidate will not be applicable for any refund in future under any circumstance and situation.

4. Candidates joining under ZERO FEES scheme for under-privilege candidate with security amount of Rs. 10,000; no matter the candidate gets a job, the security amount will be refunded only if:

  • Candidate had minimum 95% attendance during the training as per the attendance policy, otherwise refund is not applicable.
  • Out of the various official tasks given during the on-job training, the candidate must have completed at least one task successfully or accumulatively must have completed multiple tasks partially but equivalent to one successful task; otherwise refund is not applicable.

Candidates addicted to tobacco, pan masala, cigarettes or alcohol etc are not eligible for admission in GABS Training, if anybody found guilty of the same post admission will be asked to leave immediately and no fees will be refunded.
